Meetings

The meetings are open for any member of the Stokesley community although voting rights are limited to those who have been elected to the Committee.

The Annual General Meeting is held in October for which fourteen days notice are given to all members and press notices are placed in local newspapers. On this occasion a special subject is chosen for discussion or a special speaker invited to enliven the evening. The AGM is open to anyone in the Stokesley community to attend and voice views on the Association's activities and to put forward their views on how the Association may act to improve the Stokesley environment.

The Committee for the ensuing year is chosen at the AGM. Members are invited to nominate persons for Officers and Committee; the nominees must have agreed to being nominated.
